This policy explains what information Anthony Lopez, doing business as Soft Court Services ("we", "us"), collects through softcourtservices.com and hydrocourt.com, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
It covers these two websites only. Work we do on your court is covered by the agreement for that project.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect what the form asks for, such as your name, email address, phone number and message, along with anything else you choose to tell us about your court or project.
The form also records which of our two sites you were on when you started your inquiry.
If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you share in that conversation.
Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details or other sensitive information through the form.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours receives some technical information when you visit:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the page you came from, and the date and time.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, for how long, what kind of device and browser you use, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and how you found the site. We measure softcourtservices.com and hydrocourt.com together, so a visit that starts on one and continues on the other counts as one visit. Google collects this information with cookies and handles it under its own terms: see how Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab).
The fonts, images and 3D textures on this site are served from our own hosting. We do not load them from third-party font or image services.

How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and our correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out any work you hire us for, and keep ordinary business records. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard practice.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our inbox. Copies in our service providers' logs or backups are removed on their own schedules.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form submissions is limited to Soft Court Services, the people who maintain the site for us, and the service providers listed above. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Some information we may need to keep, for example records of work we carried out, where the law requires it or where we need it for a legitimate business reason. If that applies, we will tell you.
California residents
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. You can make the requests described under Your choices at any time.
Nevada residents
We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines it. You can send a request about the sale of your information to anthony@softcourtservices.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
This site may link to websites we do not operate, such as our web designer's. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Where your information is processed
Soft Court Services is based in California. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and in other countries.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change significantly affects how we use information we already hold, we will post a clear notice on the site.
